The online education industry has a credibility problem.

The average MOOC completion rate sits below 10% (Jordan, 2014). Self-paced courses fare marginally better. And the advice most course creators receive amounts to little more than “add more modules” and “build an email funnel.”

None of that is education. It is content production dressed up as teaching.
